Adapt the plan to your facilities

No two facilities are alike. Materials, year of construction, climate and previous maintenance all affect which measures are needed and when they should be carried out.

A reliable maintenance plan therefore requires solid knowledge of building technology and facility maintenance. Otherwise there is a risk that important measures are missed or wrongly prioritized.

When Excel is no longer enough

Excel works – up to a point
Excel is a good tool for simpler maintenance plans, but the more facilities and measures you manage, the harder it becomes to:

●

keep the information up to date

●

create clear reports

●

visualize costs and future needs

●

collaborate with others

Not sure which suits you best? Read our comparison of Excel and Planima.
